You can get untethered ev chargers which will require you to plug in your own charger cable. This will be the preferred option for users that want a more minimalistic looking installation.

What is the Warranty Policy?

Ev charging is what we call a critical charge supply. In the event your charger fails, this could leave you unable to drive and even get to the nearest public charger. The havoc a flat ev battery presents is something none of us want to face. So not only is it important you have a quality product, its equally important that the replacement policy of the installer is that of urgency. Most Ev Charger installers offer varied different chargers on the market. These all supply similar warranty periods of 1-2 years on ev chargers. If the charger fails, the installer will be required to return the charger to the supplier/manufacturer. This will in most cases require testing and a warranty claim being submitted before your charger will be replaced. If your charger fails, an engineer will attend the next day to investigate. They will have a replacement charger with them in the event we need to replace the charger.
