3 Year warranty policy

7kW / 22kW EV Charger Policy.

The scope of warranty refers to the electric vehicle charger product. 

The product life warranty period is 36 months. 

The product start date of the warranty period is from the date of product installation. 

During the warranty period, the company will repair or replace the product free of charge in case of failure or damage (determined by the company’s technical personnel) under normal use. 

The warranty covers both the product and labour works required for any repairs or replacement of the product. 

If the product is not working in line with the user guide or suspected to be faulty the warranty holder must call or email our service line within 24 hours to report the issue. 

A valid company maintenance contract must be in place at the time of any warranty claim. 

Warranty bound maintenance checks of the product and any installed components that form part of the installation must be carried out every six monthly as per the contract. 

A product conditions report will be issued to the warranty holder on completion of the six monthly maintenance visits. Any reported product faults found on the maintenance visit that require further attention will be covered by the warranty policy for repair or replacement. The report will show tested results of: cables, rcbo, rcd, pen fault operation and a visual inspection of the product and all connectors, cables and mounting poles. 

Warranty will not be upheld in the case of the following situations:

• Equipment failure caused by not following the user manual guide provided

• Equipment damage caused by fire, flood, abnormal voltage, site conditions.

• Equipment damage caused by using the product for abnormal functions.

• Equipment damage caused by human external factors including accidental damage.

• A valid maintenance contract of the product is not paid up to date.
